Refund Policy

1. Overview

Infranexis Causa is billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request them.

2. Refund Eligibility

Free tier — no charge is collected, so no refund applies.

Monthly plans — a full refund is available within 7 calendar days of the charge, provided no RCA analyses were generated during that period.

Annual plans — a full refund is available within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase, provided no RCA analyses were generated during that period. After 14 days no refund is issued for the remainder of the term; you may cancel to prevent renewal.

Discretionary refunds may be granted for verified service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours, billing errors, or duplicate charges. Each case is reviewed individually.

Cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@infranexis.com. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Account data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved disputes are typically settled within 5–7 business days. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in account suspension.
